Entries will be accepted starting June 1, 2023 at 10:00 am and ending June 15, 2023 at 9:00 p.m.
A late fee of $40.00 will be assessed for entries received after 9:00 p.m. on June 15, 2023 through June 22, 2023. No entries will be accepted after June 22, 2023 at 9:00 p.m.
To register you will need to create a new account for each exhibitor. Keep your username and password handy in case you need to log back in to your account.
All exhibitors must purchase a $15 exhibitor wristband. Additional passes can be purchased during online registration. You will pick up all passes along with the exhibitor t-shirt at set up day on Saturday, July 22. Set-up day begins at 8:00am and pass/t-shirt pick up begins at 11:00am.
Market Beef Exhibitors – Register the animal(s) that you wish to bring to the fair and any back up animals that were weighed in at the spring weigh in. Your back up animal can only be used if it was originally registered.
Market/Carcass Hog Exhibitors – To streamline the process and make it easier for everyone, all hogs will be registered in one division “Market & Carcass Hog Registration”. Any hog registered in this division will be designated as the market or carcass hog at the weigh in on Monday night of the fair. If you would like to use you back up hog (3rd hog), it must be registered in “Market & Carcass Hog Registration”.
Market Lamb Exhibitors – Register the animal(s) that you wish to bring to the fair and any back up animals that were weighed in at the spring weigh in. Your back up animal can only be used if it was originally registered.
Livestock Exhibitor Campers – You will mark that you wish to purchase one of the 40 available campsites through ShoWorks. You will receive an email with additional information needed to complete your camper registration once online livestock registration is complete or all 40 campsites are full. This email will not be sent instantly, but will be sent once online livestock registration is complete on June 22.
When registering please double check your spelling and capitalization on both the Exhibitor’s name and parents’ name. The way that you type it is the way it will appear in the sale bill for the auction.
