Online Registration Now Open
Entries will be accepted starting May 25, 2025 at 10:00 am and ending June 15, 2025 at 8:59 p.m.
A late fee of $40.00 will be assessed for entries received after 8:59 p.m. on June 15, 2025 through June 22, 2025. No entries will be accepted after June 22, 2025 at 8:59 p.m.
To register you will need to create a new account for each exhibitor. Keep your username and password handy in case you need to log back in to your account.
All St. Charles County exhibitors must purchase a $25 exhibitor wristband. Additional wristband season passes can be purchased during online livestock registration. All season passes purchased through livestock registration will be issued a season pass wristband. If you wish to have a digital pass, you must purchase those through the SCCF website.
If you are purchasing a campsite, remember that all campers must have a wristband type of season pass to enter the fairgrounds through the campsite entrance. You will receive 2 adult season pass wristbands with the purchase of your campsite. Do not double purchase these 2 tickets via the livestock registration.
You will pick up all season passes purchased through livestock registration along with the exhibitor t-shirt at set up day on Saturday, July 19. Set-up day begins at 9:00am and pass/t-shirt pick up begins at 12:00 pm.
Market Beef Exhibitors – Register the animal(s) that you wish to bring to the fair and any back up animals that were weighed in at the spring weigh in. Your back up animal can only be used if it is registered via this online livestock registration..
Market/Carcass Hog Exhibitors – To streamline the process and make it easier for everyone, all hogs will be registered in one division “Market & Carcass Hog Registration”. Any hog registered in this division will be designated as the market or carcass hog at the weigh in on Monday night of the fair. If you would like to use your back up hog (3rd hog) from spring weigh-in, it must be registered in “Market & Carcass Hog Registration”.
Market Lamb Exhibitors – Register the animal(s) that you wish to bring to the fair and any back up animals that were weighed in at the spring weigh in. Your back up animal can only be used if it was originally registered.
When registering please double check your spelling and capitalization on both the Exhibitor’s name and parents’ name. The way that you type it is the way it will appear in the sale bill for the auction.
