The St. Charles County Fair Board is planning its 30th Annual Benefit Auction for April 17th, 2021. We extend our heartfelt thanks for your past donations to our auctions and hope you will continue with your much needed support. It is with your donations that we are able to hold this auction. The Fair Board members are committed to having a fair ground everyone can be proud of and to ensure the continuing success of 4-H and FFA programs in St. Charles County. Again this year, proceeds of this auction will be earmarked toward the in-ground bleacher project at the fairgrounds.

Due to the on-going Pandemic the Fair Board has been forced to make changes to this year’s event, so to continue with our 30 year tradition we will be having a Virtual Auction & Open House at the St. Charles County Fair Grounds. We will have the virtual auction with online bidding, raffles, tours of the in-ground bleachers and other projects around the fair grounds. There will be food and refreshments available for donation. Please know that we will be following all CDC/State & County guidelines as of the date of the event.

The Virtual Auction will be open for bidding from April 12th at noon till the end of the Open House/Virtual Auction on April 17th at 5:00 pm. At the Open House on April 17th all items for the Virtual Auction & Raffles will be on display in the Kolb Building. More information about registering, bidding, and items will be available via our social media page, web-site and email in the next few weeks.

So how can you help? Any donation of cash or items would help to make this event a success. We will be adding as many items as possible but would love to showcase the best that the area has to offer. In order to ensure that all donations and donors are included in our auction, please contact a Fair Board member listed below about your donation by 5:00 pm on March 28th, 2021 or email the auction committee at sccfdinnerauction@gmail.com. If you have any questions or need to have an item picked up, please contact any of the board members listed below.
