Only 4-H members of St. Charles County may exhibit with the following exeception: 4-H and FFA members from Warren, Franklin, and Lincoln counties may exhibit in Beef Breeding and Breeding Sheep. In addition, 4-H and FFA members from Warren and Franklin counties may exhibit in Breeding Rabbits. Please contact your local 4-H office or St. Charles Co University Extension Office @ 636-970-3000 for more information. Livestock entries will not be accepted in any department unless received at the University of Missouri Extension Center, 260 Brown Road, St. Peters, MO 63376, on or before June 16, 2008. A late fee of $10.00 per entry form will be assessed for entries received after June 16, 2008.
2008 Livestock Release Times - Cattle – county and out of county breeding stock will be released after the breeding show on Saturday, July 26 until 3:00 p.m. If breeding stock is not out by 3:00 p.m., they will have to stay until 12 midnight. All steers will be released Saturday at 12 midnight.
- Sheep – all breeding stock will be released Saturday, July 26 until 3:00 p.m. If breeding stock is not out by 3:00 p.m., they will have to stay until 12 midnight. All market sheep will be released Saturday, July 26 at 12 midnight.
- Rabbits – Out of county breeding stock will be released after the breeding show Friday, July 25. All other rabbits will be released Saturday, July 26 from 9:00 to 10:00 p.m. If rabbits are not out by 10 p.m., they will have to stay until 12 midnight.
