The Kolb Exhibition Center features Home Economics and Fine Art projects exhibited from residents in St. Charles County and adjoining counties. Each qualifying exhibit is judged and awarded priemiums. Visitors will be able to view all Open & 4-H exhibits during the week of the county fair.
